Mixed veggies with a sprinkle of grated parmesan
Crystal light iced tea

Good start!!

Did you know you are s'posed to have 8 servings of fruits and veggies? I know, it's difficult AND expensive to do..but if you substituted those for other kinds of carbohydrates, well, I think you'd notice a difference.
